You can make stickers on your Samsung phone without installing anything thanks to a secret feature.
The introduction of emojis was one of the most significant changes in online communication worldwide. Three decades ago, they replaced entire sentences.
These friendly symbols belonged to one generation, the millennial generation, although previous and subsequent generations also used them.
But little by little, the younger generation began to abandon them, and now, anyway, they communicate through memes and stickers that they made themselves.
Apple is well aware of this, which is why it allows you to create small, reusable images for messaging apps without needing to install anything.
Google is expected to enable the same feature in its Google Photos app, although it's not yet activated. Samsung, on the other hand, allows it through a pre-installed app by default.
We're talking about Samsung's keyboard here. This company is one of the few that doesn't currently use Gboard as its default keyboard. This means that many people are using Samsung's keyboard without realizing it, simply because it's their default keyboard.
In this case, you can create stickers using Galaxy AI, the company's artificial intelligence. Simply follow these steps:
- Open any messaging app to open the keyboard.
- Click on the emoji icon (smiley face) in the toolbar.
- Choose "Create" or the generative AI symbol (✨).
- Write a short description (e.g., "A cat wearing sunglasses").
- Choose an artistic style.
- Click on "Create" and wait for the result.
- Click on the sticker you wish to send.
One of the few editing options available when creating these stickers is style. Samsung allows us to select a preset style, in case we want the design to resemble a drawing, pixel art, etc.
Once finished, we can save them, and they will be available on the keyboard of any application. However, we will not be able to change the keyboard if we want to use these stickers.
Obviously, to do this, we need a Samsung mobile phone with the company keyboard active by default (this can be changed in the phone's settings) and a version of One UI equal to or higher than 6.1.
