You can use this site to find out if a Twitch or YouTube channel has bots.

Using bots to make your channel look bigger is very embarrassing, but it happens a lot online. It's easy to find out if someone on Twitch or YouTube is using bots, and it won't take more than a minute. You don't need to know a lot about how to find bots; all you have to do is copy and paste the URL of the channel you think is using them.

Although there are many bot detection tools for streaming platforms, the only one that truly works and is 100% free is Check-bots.ru. We'll now show you how to use it and everything you need to consider to interpret its results.

Check-bots.ru is a website dedicated solely to detecting bots on YouTube and Twitch. It can verify, in real time, whether a streamer or content creator is cheating with fake viewers. How does it do this? The site states that its verification algorithms are constantly updated to detect new scams.

It might give false positives, but in my tests it was fairly accurate in detecting who uses robots and who doesn't. Try it yourself this way:

Copy the link to the Twitch or YouTube channel you want to check if it uses bots. It could also be a YouTube video.

- Open the website Check-bots.ru .

- Select the platform on which you want to detect the presence of bots: YT Stream (YouTube live stream), YT Video (YouTube video), and Twitch (Twitch live stream).

- In the "Enter URL" box, paste the link you copied earlier and click "Verify."

The result will appear below: Cheating (using bots) or not cheating (not using bots).

One thing that needs clarification here is that even if the result is indeed cheating, it's possible the user isn't actually using bots. This tool detects viewers being redirected from other websites or the Twitch homepage as "cheating." Essentially, check bots. RU understands that these viewers didn't directly join the person's live stream and probably aren't even watching it, as the stream opened automatically when they accessed a website.

Another important point to clarify is that to determine if someone is using bots, they must be live on Twitch; otherwise, real-time monitoring is not possible (unless it's a YouTube video). Incidentally, this tool also allows you to see the number of dislikes a YouTube video has received, something YouTube itself didn't allow for a long time.
