This is the Melonga app, which gives men more energy during sex.

The European Association of Urology published a study that looked at new ways to help men with sexual health problems without having to see a doctor. The study focuses on a smartphone app designed to treat premature ejaculation, a relatively common problem affecting about 30% of men. However, many do not seek help due to embarrassment or discomfort (only 9% seek medical assistance), so discreet solutions like apps may prove beneficial.

    ● This is how the Melonga app works, the app that helps combat premature ejaculation.

Digital Trends collected  data from the CLIMACS clinical trial, and this is where the Melonga app comes in. The app teaches psychological and behavioral techniques through clear information, relaxation and mindfulness exercises, and strategies for improving arousal control. This is the first study to test a digital approach to treating premature ejaculation at home.

They explain that the program also suggests a series of simple physical exercises to help identify when arousal is at its peak and how to control it. For example, it highlights the "off-and-on" technique, which involves stopping stimulation before reaching orgasm to gain control. It's worth noting that the content was developed by experts in urology, psychology, and sexology from various countries.

The study was conducted on 80 men over 12 weeks, during which they were all asked to measure their ejaculation duration and answer questions about their sex lives. By the end of the program, the duration of intercourse for Melonga users had increased from approximately 61 seconds to nearly 125 seconds, more than doubling.

Users who used the app reported feeling safer, more satisfied with their relationships, and an overall improvement in their mental health. In fact, 22% of them claimed to have overcome the problem. In contrast, the group that did not use the app showed little to no change. Despite the positive results, the researchers emphasize the need for further studies to confirm them more accurately.
