Did you know that Edge browser has a coupon finder for online shopping at cheap prices? Learn how to use it

Although I use Edge on a daily basis, I have to admit that it is not my main browser. That is why, when Microsoft publishes a new feature for this browser, it often ends up passing unnoticed before my eyes and I do not know about it until months later.

This is what happened to me a couple of days ago, when I went to AliExpress to take a look and saw how Edge caught my attention with a small pop-up window in the browser address bar.

At first I thought that maybe some malicious add-on was installed in the browser, but nothing could be further from the truth. This is the function of “Shopping in Microsoft Edge”, a feature that alerts us when coupons and discounts are available for the websites we visit.

This is useful for online stores like Shein  or  AliExpress, but also for sites like Amazon or any other e-commerce site that uses discount coupons to promote their products.

Once we enter any store, we just have to look at the upper right part of the screen, where the coupon code will appear. If we click on this icon, we can copy the available coupons or let Edge search for the best discount when making the payment.

On some pages like eBay, for example, the browser will also give us the option to track the order. This way, Edge will keep us informed of any changes to whatever we ordered online.

Shopping in Microsoft Edge is available on both desktop and mobile versions.
