Gemini is now accessible without an account. This is how anonymous mode functions.
There are various AI models available on the market, but Gemini is one that is beginning to show up almost everywhere, particularly in Google services.
According to a number of media reports, you can now use the new anonymous mode on the Gemini app, which previously required you to sign in with your Google account.
Google has already declared that, with the exception of devices that are incompatible, Gemini AI will start to be accessible across all of its services later this year, replacing its classic assistant.
As long as you allow access to this assistant from an incognito window in your preferred browser, you can now use Gemini in certain markets without logging in. Even better, you can benefit from anonymous mode.
You will only be able to use the Gemini 2.0 Flash model of the processor if you enter this anonymous or non-login mode, which will prevent you from using the more sophisticated models.
However, unless you sign in with your Google account, you will not be able to access your chat history or upload files, among other features.
We will have to wait and see what happens over the next few hours because it looks like not all countries currently allow using Gemini without logging in, and it is unclear if this change is being implemented gradually.
