Xiaomi introduces HyperAI, a potent artificial intelligence system that rivals other businesses
Xiaomi doesn’t want to be left behind in the AI race. The Chinese brand has just presented during its MWC 2025 conference what will be the main competitor to Galaxy AI and Apple Intelligence.
We are talking about Xiaomi HyperAI, an AI suite that includes a smart assistant and advanced AI functions. Below, we tell you everything HyperAI can do, which Xiaomi phones it will be available on, and how to download it.

HyperAI is Xiaomi’s new AI that has deep, custom integration with Gemini. However, the brand notes that it’s not based on Google’s language model but on Xiaomi’s own multimedia text, audio, and image processing capabilities.
But it’s not just Gemini’s smart assistant that can do all that it can. It also has a range of advanced AI features, like the ones we describe below:
-AI Writing: Generate texts and articles for letters, emails, or productivity tasks in the format, style, and tone you want.
- AI Speech: Convert audio to text from a voice note or recording. Additionally, you can make a text summary or translation of the dialogue.
- AI Interpreter: Translate calls or video calls into other languages in real time.
- Image Generation: Create images from text using Google Gemini.
- AI Art: Convert simple drawings into finished paintings or illustrations in any graphic style you want.
- AI Erase Pro: Remove object, person, or element from photo.
- AI Reflection Removal: Remove unwanted reflections from the image and accurately restore clarity and sharpness to your photo.

For now, these are the devices that Xiaomi plans to receive HyperAI. However, it is very likely that by the middle or end of the year, the brand will expand this list to include its more affordable phones and tablets, just as Samsung recently did by bringing Galaxy AI to its mid-range phones.
