How to set the default operating system to boot on Windows 10💻?
🔸️💻 If you have more than one operating system installed on your computer and want to install Windows 10 to start booting but do not want to give up Windows 7 or 8.
🔸️ Don't worry, you can run more than one operating system and change the default setting very easily from within Windows 10.
▫️ First, open MSconfig by typing msconfig in the Search box in Windows 10.
▫️ Click on “System Configuration.”
▫️ Click on the boot tab.
▪️ On this screen, you will see the operating systems currently installed on your system.
🔸️ You will find the system side by side with Windows 10.
▫️ Click on the operating system you want to be the primary boot.
▫️ Then click on Set as default.
▫️ Click Apply, then OK.
▫️Then restart your computer to activate the changes.
▪️ Finally, you may one day need to install more than one system on your computer, perhaps in addition to your favorite operating system. For example, in cases where an emulator such as VMware may not work, you will resort to installing it, and this method is very easy and works on the new Windows 10.
