To copy texts in apps that don't let it, add this button to your phone.

For some reason, some Android apps prevent you from copying text. Thankfully, there are always ways to get around these limitations. Now, we'll show you how to copy text from Android phone apps that don't let you. The same is true for other phones, but we'll use YouTube as an example.

We'll use the Universal Copy app to copy text from any app that doesn't let you do that to your phone.

Open the Universal Copy app on your phone after it has been installed.

To activate the Universal Copy app, return to the app, locate the long press button option, and select a button (in our case, we selected the volume down button).

To activate the application, click on the Universal Copy (Off) button.

After activating the Universal Copy app, you can launch YouTube or any other app and look for the video you wish to copy the text from by, for instance, searching YouTube.

Press and hold the button you selected in the previous step (in our case, the volume down button) once the text you wish to copy is visible on the screen.

You can now copy the desired text from the YouTube mobile app after doing this, which will activate the Universal Copy app.
