However, there are several ways to delete or clear this memory while the computer is running, and three methods are particularly effective.

The first, as we told you before, is achieved by restarting the system, which closes all processes and deletes cached data, allowing you to start with a clean cache.

The second method is by accessing the temporary file folders. This is done by pressing the Win+R keys. The Run window will appear; type "temp" and press Enter. 

This way you will find temporary files that can be completely deleted.
