Are you using WinRar? Be careful if your Windows is not in English
This causes the context menu of File Explorer in Windows 11 to get corrupted when installing certain programs like WinRar that are not in English.
One program that was previously essential in the operating system was WinRar, but fortunately Windows 11 already has its own native application for decompressing files, so it is no longer necessary to have the native application.
Whatever the case, if you are a fan of Winrar, you have probably encountered some errors, especially if you do not have Windows 11 configured in English.
As reported on Reddit, a Portuguese user encountered a strange error in the context menus of File Explorer after installing WinRar on Windows 11 in Portuguese.
Although the user believed that the error came from WinRar, subsequent messages from other users showed that it had nothing to do with the said program.
Apparently, this error occurs because Windows 11 considers the text in the text label to be too long, so it looks for another way to insert it without damaging the font, but in the end it ends up loading the design.
Although it seems that WinRar is not the one responsible for this, if you have this error in the program, it should be clarified that you do not need it because Windows 11 already has one built-in to decompress files.
Sometimes it is advisable to install the least number of programs in our operating system to prevent many of them from becoming outdated and ending up serving as an entry point for malware.
If there is a program that you no longer use or think is no longer suitable, you can uninstall it directly.
