These brand-new, free courses from OpenAI teach you how to use AI at all skill levels

The OpenAI Academy, which offers both online and in-person workshops along with digital content for learning everything from the fundamentals of artificial intelligence to specialized courses for engineers and developers, was introduced by OpenAI in response to the growing trend toward online learning.

This new stage of the academy is another step toward AI literacy, which is an area where not all nations and users are at the same level, the company said in a press release.

The chairman and CEO of Goodwill Keystone, one of the participating organizations, Edward Lada, stated, "We think AI knowledge is the next evolution in workforce development and a powerful equalizer for people facing barriers to employment."

The OpenAI Academy initially concentrated its courses on somewhat more technical material intended for professionals in those fields, but with this new strategy, anyone can explore the content in a completely accessible manner.

As other businesses like IBM and Microsoft, among others, are already doing, the academy hopes to be a driving force in the labor market by giving less experienced people access to new AI-related jobs.

According to Pedro Santos Acosta of Miami Dade College, another OpenAI project participant, "the future belongs to those who understand AI, and we are making sure that AI knowledge and education are accessible to everyone."

Although ChatGPT has stated that it plans to introduce a number of new languages and courses for all audiences, the courses are currently only offered in English. You can see this on their website, which you can access at this link.
