Try updating Google Chrome immediately. 5 very serious security vulnerabilities have been discovered

A recent update to Google Chrome fixed up to five serious bugs that hackers could have recently exploited, but it did not add any new features.

These are errors that could allow cybercriminals to hijack devices, steal personal data, and execute malicious code.

Among the most recently discovered vulnerabilities are CVE-2025-1920 and CVE-2025-2135, which affect Chrome's JavaScript V8 engine and could allow arbitrary code execution.

Another vulnerability is CVE-2025-2136, which poses a high risk of memory corruption.

Another bug is CVE-2025-2137, which is due to a memory read issue that could lead to data leakage.

Then there is another GPU-related vulnerability that involves an out-of-bounds memory write.

That means if cybercriminals exploit these vulnerabilities, they can bypass security protocols to access our stored passwords and, obviously, personal data.

Although Google Chrome usually updates automatically, sometimes it doesn't quite work, and you have to do it manually.

To check if you're running the latest version of Chrome, click on the three dots at the top right of the interface.

Then at the bottom, select “Help,” then the “About Google Chrome” option.

The browser will then check for any recent updates and download and install them immediately. All you need to do is restart the browser for all update changes to take effect and for you to browse safely.
