If you follow the seven things I personally do, you won't need to change your phone's battery for many years

Doing everything you can to prolong the life of your phone is a smart idea, even if it's one of the best battery-powered models available. As the battery eventually runs out, it's the end of the world for any smartphone without a replaceable battery.
To help you avoid prematurely depleting your phone's battery, we've put together a list of at least seven habits you can adopt. The best advice anyone can follow is listed below, if you're interested.
Make sure your phone is up to date.
By enhancing the functionality of its features, keeping your phone updated not only helps keep it safe with security patches but also preserves its battery.
Dim the screen's brightness
The demand on the battery increases with screen brightness. As a result, it is advised to use the brightness that is required to view the screen clearly without going overboard. You have the option of doing this manually or by using automatic brightness, which will change the brightness according to your surroundings.
The battery of your cell phone shouldn't be left too full or too charged for an extended period of time.
It's not advisable to let your battery charge or discharge completely, as we mentioned in an earlier post, but that's not the only thing. Long-term use of this condition shortens its lifespan by putting more strain on the chemical process that generates the phone's energy and accelerating the deterioration of the battery.
Avoid utilizing wireless charging.
There are risks associated with wireless charging that could shorten battery life. To put it briefly, charging produces a lot more heat than conventional charging, which may have an adverse effect on your phone. When it comes to protecting your phone's battery, the tried-and-true wired charger is the best option.
Minimizes the number of charging cycles
When it comes to protecting your phone's battery, how you charge it also matters. In order to limit the number of charging cycles (the time when the battery goes from 100% to 0%) and extend the life of your phone, it is advised that you keep your battery charged to 80% and avoid letting it drop below 20%.
Furthermore, as we previously discussed, letting your phone run completely flat and then charging it increases the strain on the battery's chemical constituents, hastening its degradation.
Avoid exposure to extreme heat.
To extend the life of your phone's battery, it is best to keep it out of extremely hot or cold environments. This isn't just about the charger you use; it's also about how you use it or the environment. Using your phone while charging or running resource-intensive apps, like some video games, is not advised.
Use a charger that is 5W or 10W.
The battery life of your phone may also be impacted by how quickly it charges. The battery is directly impacted by the increased heat produced during the charging process. We advise avoiding fast charging, as well as wireless charging, and sticking to lower-wattage chargers, like those that provide 5–10 watts, since fast charging undoubtedly degrades batteries more quickly than regular charging.
You can extend the life of your battery by implementing these practices on a daily basis.
