Save now because Google will delete your location history from Google Maps

Not everything lasts forever, and old Google Maps timeline data can say goodbye if you don't act quickly.
Google warns users who have timeline data in Google Maps that this data can be deleted if they do not export it.
They offer different dates depending on the people, so if you want to keep your Google Maps timeline data, you'd better act now.
It is worth noting that in December last year, Google announced a change in the location history function in Google Maps, where the application will mainly start saving history on the device itself, and will not leave it stored in the cloud.
Google sends emails to users notifying them of the change, with deadlines ranging from Nov. 19 to Dec. 1, and it's not known why two different dates were provided.
If you don't do anything, Google will try to export your timeline data from the last 90 days to the first device you signed in on after the deadline. In addition, data older than 90 days will be completely deleted.
In the email sent by Google, users are shown a link that allows them to choose whether they want to keep the timeline data until they decide to delete it or delete it automatically after three months.
That is, with this change from Google, access to the timeline on the web will no longer exist, and the timeline will be unique to each device.
In any case, you probably don't have anything in your Location History, since this is a disabled option by default in your Google account.
If you activated it in the past due to a specific event, in this case, you will have a location history in Google Maps and you will have to save it before deleting it.
