All of these Samsung phones are safe to submerge in water or be exposed to moisture

Smartphones these days have evolved so much that they don’t have any problems when they get wet. Samsung is one of the companies that has the most waterproof mobile phones in its catalog, and today we are going to compile them all.
Currently, water-resistant phones are those that have IP67 and IP68 ratings. But what's the difference?
On paper, according to the tests that all IP67-certified Samsung phones (and other brands) undergo, they can withstand all types of dust and stay in water for 30 minutes at a depth of one meter. Meanwhile, a smartphone with an IP68 certification can withstand various types of dust and will continue to work when submerged in water at a depth of 4 meters.

However, while all of the Samsung devices we just mentioned feature water and dust resistance, it's important to remember that it's not recommended to intentionally submerge a phone from any brand in water, no matter how highly certified it is.
Also, the highest IP rating does not guarantee survival if it is submerged in seawater or chlorinated water, as this can cause problems, and you should also keep in mind that the rubber that protects an IP68 smartphone will weaken over time, reducing its water resistance.
