Three Methods for Distributing a Particular Section of a YouTube Video
YouTube videos are among the most popular types of content that we frequently share with our friends. To save time, you might want to show your friend a particular segment of the video in most situations. The various methods for sharing a particular segment of a YouTube video will be covered in this post.
Copy the timestamp-containing video link.
When you want your friend to begin watching, pause it, then, as you can see in the image, right-click anywhere on the video and choose Copy video URL at current time.
Give the link to anyone you choose, and the video will begin playing from that precise moment when they click on it.
When sharing a video, add the time in seconds.
Click the "Share" button beneath the video and select "Start at" in the pop-up window if you know the exact moment you want to begin watching. By default, YouTube will suggest the time the video was paused; however, you can modify the time and edit the link before sharing or copying it.
Making use of the Clips function
Every supported video has a Clips button underneath it. To cut the original video into a 5–60 second clip, click it.
After selecting the start and end times and adding a description, you can click Share clip. The Create clip screen will then show up.
The clipped video will then play repeatedly with the option to view the full video when you copy the link and share it with others.
As you can see, in contrast to other methods that only specify the start time, this method allows you to specify the start and end times.
